Relentless Developments was founded by Gary Neville and Anthony Kilbride to undertake iconic development projects across the North West. From Hotel Football to Stock Exchange, the St John’s Collection and now St Michael’s to name a few, the team have worked hard to deliver a world class portfolio.

The growing team based in the centre of Manchester, are passionate and relentless and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure that they are challenging the ordinary. They work with like minded partners and experts in the industry to ensure all the projects are exceptional from start to finish.

Abigail Vincent

Abigail is a chartered surveyor and joined Relentless Developments to work on the delivery of the stock Exchange Hotel and St Michael’s developments.
Anthony Kilbride

Anthony has 27 years’ experience in the property development industry working across all real estate sectors throughout the UK and overseas.
Derrick turner

Derrick is a Chartered Management Accountant specialising in financial modelling and efficient funding structures. Derrick has had the roles of CFO and Finance Director within real estate.
Gary Neville

Gary has been a property developer since he was 21 years of age and remains as passionate about creating new personal and professional environments as he was then.
Louise Kilbride

Louise has over 15 years’ experience within the real estate industry, having worked across all sectors and delivered schemes across the North West.
Michaela Wakeman

Michaela has been a PA for over 15 years and has experience of working in a variety of sectors over the years ranging from direct sales to football to property.
Roisin Serridge

Roisin is the Office Manager and PA at Relentless Developments. She has worked for various industries in supporting roles, including the recruitment sector, prior to starting with the team.
